Rock bee honey
Rock bee is a wild bee that builds large hives with single comb with sizes that goes upto 6ft long and 3ft deep on the rocky mountains.
Rock bees tend to make their hives in areas of high altitude approximately 2500-3000 metre above sea level. These rock bees are wild and sting a lot making it hard to rear or live near those areas.
Rock bee feeds on the nectar of wildflowers and plants found in the forested area making it sweet in taste with a hint of the earthy flavor and a slight bitterness. Rock bee honey is packed with antioxidants, is antimicrobial, anti inflammatory and anti mutagenic (ref NCBI). This wild honey has low viscosity leading to its watery consistency. Tastes best in iced tea, coffee, lemonade, ice cream, cakes and so on.
